• Information within our services. Authorized EqualAccess team members and clients enter business information into our internal portal, such as candidate records, placements, and billing references. Access to that information is restricted to approved accounts.

Accounting integration

Our internal portal can connect to our QuickBooks Online account so that authorized EqualAccess administrators can view invoice and payment status. This connection is read-only and is used solely to display our own billing data to our own team. Information accessed through Intuit's services is also subject to Intuit's terms and privacy practices.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal and tax obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. You can also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Where we operate

EqualAccess is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you contact us from another country, you understand that your information will be handled in the United States.
